Time is critical in the planning, including arranging meals. Therefore, the body needs proper nutrition for use on the move. Activity timing differences, different foods should be consumed. Setting hours of eating is very important for people to move optimally.

Why Should Eat Right Time?
The food we eat react different hormones in the body. For example, a reaction that affects mood, concentration and awareness, energy, and so on. So, in addition to knowing what to eat, it is important for us to know when the right time to eat them. Here are tips on when and what foods should be consumed to fill the day and activities, as quoted from Livestrong.

1. After Physical Exercise / Sports
After the exercise, the muscles are working hard and decreased stamina. Therefore, the body needs proper nutrition in order to recover and become stronger.

"Eat a snack with carbohydrates and protein ratio of 2: 1 after exercise with mild to moderate intensity., And carbohydrate-protein ratio of 3 to 1 after high-intensity exercise," said Andrea Hacker Thompson of ACSM Fit Society Page.

Carbohydrate will replenish glycogen (glucose storage that provides energy reserves), and protein to rebuild your muscles. Eat after 30 minutes to 1 hour after exercise, because at that time the body absorb nutrients optimally. Drink a glass of chocolate milk or eating a loaf of whole wheat bread with cheese or egg stuffing.

2. After a Long Meeting
If you feel sleepy after a slide presentation featuring hundreds of pages, eat some almond nuts. According to Lauren O'Connor, RD of Nutri-Savvy, almonds are good vegetable fat with a little protein content. According to a study published in the journal Neuron, useful proteins that enable cells to help maintain awareness and calorie burning process.

Carbohydrates are the equivalent of whole grains contained in almonds also contain glucose which helps the brain works. While the protein content help your memory so that important information can be remembered the meeting well. In addition, the protein rich in the amino acid tyrosine, a hormone that is needed in brain energy intake and help you more awake (1 ounce of almonds contains 127 mg of tyrosine).

Should eat vitamins and carbohydrates in liquid form. Because liquids are readily absorbed than food in solid or solid. You can make a mixture of banana and apple smoothies or vegetable juice.

4. After Stay Up

LISTEN: Boys Who Write about Taylor Swift (Instead of the Other Way Around)!

Taylor Swift is always writing songs about the guys in her life, but we rarely hear of any of them writing a response song. Of course, not all of the guys she’s been involved with are musicians, but it’s always interesting to come across a song that’s dedicated to Taylor herself!
When singer Adam Young of Owl City found out that Taylor’s song “Enchanted” was about the time she met him, he wanted to tell her how he couldn’t forget their meeting, either. He recorded a cover of “Enchanted,” rewriting the lyrics to basically say, “I was enchanted to meet you, too”. You can hear some of his own electronic sound in the audio as well. Adam included a Valentine’s Day note to Taylor with the song, which was totally adorable even though she never publicly responded to it.

Rapper Sammy Adams recently recorded his own remix of “I Knew You Were Trouble,” including an original verse dedicated to Tay! We heard that Sammy actually met Taylor at the iHeart Radio Festival this summer and ended up with a bit of a crush on her. He raps some super romantic lines in the remix, like how “some say they’d sell their soul for a couple hits/ i’d rather live/ a life of gold/ with the perfect chick”. Sounds like Sammy Adams may have fallen big time!

Not all songs dedicated to Taylor are super sweet though. The Jonas Brothers weren’t exactly enchanted when they heard “Forever & Always,” which was about Joe Jonas‘ breakup with Tay. The first few lines of their song “Much Better” are “I get a rep for breakin’ hearts/ Now I’m done with superstars/ And all the tears on her guitar/ I’m not bitter”. Ouch! That’s a direct reference to one of Taylor’s first hits, “Teardrops on My Guitar” (but that song wasn’t about anyone famous).

Why You Shouldn't Play Hide and Seek

Why You Shouldn't Play Hide and Seek

Recently it was banned from a playground in England, the topic of a sex convict’s confession in New Zealand, the subject of a child’s funeral here in the United States and the reason for a 911 call in my own back yard.
Can you guess what it is?
Hide and Seek. Yes, hide and seek.
In our era of parenting, there are two philosophies regarding children’s interactions with the world that have seemingly emerged. Philosophy one views the world as a mostly safe place that we need to allow our children to freely experience and explore, and philosophy two views the world as a mostly dangerous place that we need to protect and shelter our children from. Then there are those who fall somewhere in the middle, parents who are aware of the dangers of the world but not fearful, and are concerned about their child’s safety but not obsessed. I think those are the type of parents we should strive to be.
So whether you subscribe to philosophy one or two, whether your agree or disagree that games like hide and seek should be banned from school yard, or whether you see bad things as happening to children all the time or as a rarity, it’s important to try to reach middle ground and address serious dangers around seemingly harmless things.
Like hide and seek.
Whether you advocate for playing hide and seek or not, there are principles of the game worth considering:
  • Hide and seek promotes secretive play. The nature of the game is to not tell anyone where you are and what you are doing.
  • Hide and seek asks children to hide and not come out. The nature of the game is to ask children to hide so they can’t be found.
  • Hide and seek sends mixed messages. The nature of the game asks children to do what we’ve always told them not to.
  • Hide and seek requires mind skills young children may not have. The nature of the game requires you to differentiate between hiding for real and hiding for pretend play.
When it comes to hide and seek, what you choose to do it up to you. What’s important is that you’ve come to your decision from an educated and informed place.
